GENERAL BILL by Transportation ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Thompson ; Joyner ; Hutson

Penalties and Fees; Revising requirements relating to the payment of court-related fines or other monetary penalties, fees, charges, and costs; requiring traffic citation forms to include certain language relating to payment of a penalty; requiring a court to inquire regarding a person’s ability to pay at the time a certain civil penalty is ordered; decreasing the period for revocation or suspension of, or delay of eligibility for, driver licenses or driving privileges for certain persons convicted of certain drug offenses, etc.
