Sentencing for Capital Felonies; Requiring the prosecutor to give notice to the defendant and to file the notice with the court within a certain timeframe if the prosecutor intends to seek the death penalty; requiring juries to determine the existence of aggravating factors, if any, in the penalty phase of capital cases; requiring the court to enter an order meeting specified requirements in each case in which it imposes a death sentence, etc.
