GENERAL BILL by Community Affairs ; Ethics and Elections ; Bean

Addresses of Legal Residence; Requiring a complete voter registration application to include the applicant’s address of legal residence; specifying that an applicant’s failure to include additional distinguishing information on an application does not affect his or her qualifications to register or vote; providing that a list of valid addresses maintained by a supervisor of elections include certain additional distinguishing information, etc.
