Injunctions for Protection against Domestic Violence; Establishes Protective Injunction Electronic Filing Pilot Program within Office of State Courts Administrator; provides for selection of pilot program counties; specifies objectives; provides for petitioners to file petitions for injunction electronically & testify at final injunction hearings by video teleconference from remote locations in pilot program counties; provides duties of clerks of courts in pilot program counties, including submission of annual report to Legislature; requires report by OPPAGA by certain date.
