Concealed Weapon or Firearm Licensees; Requires concealed weapon or firearm licensee to provide certain information & display such license & proper identification when approached by first responder; increasing the fine amount for violation of such requirement; specifies requirements for firearm safety and training courses; requires firearm course instructors to maintain certain records; requires that such license be suspended or revoked upon second or subsequent violation of such requirement.
