Motor Vehicle Insurance; Provides that payment for treatment of injured person is deemed reasonable if it complies with specified schedule; specifies that certain attorney fee provisions apply to disputes involving noncorporate assignee; prohibits recovery of attorney fees by health care provider under certain circumstances; provides that certain provisions do not prohibit insurer of private passenger motor vehicle from excluding coverage for certain household members in certain circumstances; repeals Florida Motor Vehicle No-Fault Law on future date.
