GENERAL BILL by Health and Human Services Committee ; Health Quality Subcommittee ; Cortes, B. ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Burgess ; Fischer ; Grall ; Magar ; Mariano ; Metz ; Plakon ; Spano ; Trumbull ; Yarborough

Certificates of Nonviable Birth; Creates "Grieving Families Act"; authorizes State Registrar of Vital Statistics Office of DOH to electronically receive certificate of nonviable birth; requires DOH to issue certificate of nonviable birth upon request of specified parent; authorizes rulemaking by DOH.
