GENERAL BILL by Artiles
Substance Abuse Programs; Specifying that the Agency for Health Care Administration, and not the Department of Children and Families, shall make rules providing for the licensure and regulation of certain substance abuse programs; requiring the agency to establish criteria defining levels of care; requiring the agency to provide the definitions to treatment providers and insurance companies, etc.
