GENERAL BILL by Book ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Bracy
Voluntary Prekindergarten Education Program; Revising the educational credentials and training required after a specified date for prekindergarten instructors in school-year prekindergarten programs delivered by private prekindergarten providers; providing for the future revision of alternate educational credentials that such instructors may hold, etc.
Effective Date: Except as otherwise expressly provided in this act, this act shall take effect July 1, 2017
