Construction Defect Claims; Provides additional requirements for notices of claim, inspections, & notices of acceptance or rejection of settlement offers; requires, rather than authorizes, certain persons to serve copies of notices of claim to certain professionals; revises provisions relating to tolling certain statutes of limitations.
