Health Care Practitioner Regulation; Revises definition of term "medical director" to include certain physician assistants & advanced registered nurse practitioners; authorizes physician assistants & advanced registered nurse practitioners to sign, certify, stamp, verify, or endorse document that requires signature, certification, stamp, verification, or endorsement of physician; provides exception.
