GENERAL BILL by Natural Resources and Public Lands Subcommittee ; Fant ; Fischer
Fuel Storage; Authorizes funds in Inland Protection Trust Fund to be used for purposes relating to damage or potential damage to petroleum storage systems caused by ethanol or biodiesel, including costs for previously completed repairs, replacement, or other preventive measures; requires DEP to ensure that petroleum storage systems approved after certain date meet certain standards.
