Child Safety; Requiring a person to present picture identification before retrieving specified students from a public school under certain circumstances; requiring policies to be provided to the Department of Education; requiring a person to present picture identification before retrieving specified students from a nonpublic school or specified child care facility under certain circumstances; requiring policies to be maintained on the premises of each entity and available for inspection, etc.
