Property Appraisers; Specifying rescheduling requirements if a property appraiser fails to timely provide certain evidence to be presented at a hearing before the value adjustment board; prohibiting a property appraiser, under certain circumstances, from increasing a tax assessment in excess of a court-established assessment for a specified time; providing specified remedies to a taxpayer who is injured by certain actions of a property appraiser, etc.
