Domestic Violence; Specifies that person must complete batterers' intervention program ordered as condition of probation in certain circumstances; increases minimum terms of imprisonment for domestic violence; prohibits award of attorney fees in specified domestic violence proceedings; prohibits withholding of adjudication for specified domestic violence offenses.
