CS/SB 1442: Fee and Surcharge Reductions

GENERAL BILL by Transportation ; Broxson

Fee and Surcharge Reductions; Deleting the fee for a commission of an elected officer by the Governor; deleting the fee for a claim for refund of the tax on motor fuel; exempting a surviving spouse from the fee to transfer a motor vehicle title; eliminating the application fee and the fees for certain examinations for an initial Florida Professional Educator’s Certificate beginning in a specified fiscal year, etc.

Effective Date: Except as otherwise expressly provided in this act, this act shall take effect July 1, 2017
