Public Records/Audit or Investigation/Inspector Generals; Providing exemptions from public records requirements for audit or investigative workpapers, records, reports, reviews, inquiries, or other documentation obtained or created during or in relation to any audit or investigation by the Chief Inspector General or an agency inspector general until completion of such audit or investigation or issuance of a final report; providing for future legislative review and repeal of the exemption; providing a statement of public necessity, etc.
Effective Date: On the same date that SB 1478 or similar legislation takes effect, if such legislation is adopted in the same legislative session or an extension thereof and becomes law
