Assisted Living Facility Employee Certification; Requiring the Agency for Health Care Administration to approve at least one credentialing entity to develop and administer a voluntary certification program for assisted living facility employees; requiring an approved credentialing entity to establish a certification program that establishes specified minimum requirements, requires adherence to a code of ethics and provides for a disciplinary process, and approves training entities to provide precertification training to applicants, etc.
