GENERAL BILL by Governmental Oversight and Accountability ; Criminal Justice ; Bracy

Department of Corrections; Authorizing the Department of Law Enforcement to issue an investigative demand seeking the production of an inmate’s protected health information, medical records, or mental health records under certain circumstances; revising membership requirements for the safety and security review committee appointed by the Department of Corrections; revising scheduling requirements for inspections of state and private correctional institutions and facilities; revising the conditions on which an inmate may be granted a one-time award of 60 additional days of incentive gain-time by the department, etc.
