GENERAL BILL by Clemens

Criminal Justice; Repealing provisions relating to expedited appointments to the Florida Commission on Offender Review; deleting a provision requiring the assigning of cases on a random basis; requiring a law enforcement agency to provide specified instructions to a victim; requiring a law enforcement agency to promptly make reasonable efforts to provide the victim with specified information under certain circumstances, etc.

Effective Date: Except as otherwise expressly provided in this act, this act shall take effect upon becoming a law
