State Agency Information Technology Reorganization; Revising requirements for the executive director of the Agency for State Technology; revising the powers, duties, and functions of the Agency for State Technology; requiring state agencies to submit project oversight deliverables to the agency for certain information technology projects; requiring the agency, in collaboration with the department, to recommend best practices for the procurement of cloud computing services; requiring a state agency customer entity to notify the state data center biannually of changes in anticipated use of state data center services; creating the Florida Cybersecurity Task Force, etc. APPROPRIATION: $100,000
