Damages Recoverable for the Cost of Medical or Health Care Services; Provides for calculation of award of damages for certain medical or health care services paid or owed by claimant or governmental or commercial insurance payor; provides that individual contracts between providers & licensed commercial insurers or licensed health maintenance organizations are not subject to discovery or disclosure & are not admissible into evidence in certain actions; provides that amount of lien or subrogation claim asserted by Medicaid, Medicare, or payor regulated under Florida Insurance Code for certain past medical expenses, is maximum amount recoverable & admissible into evidence.
