Education; Revising the duties of the Just Read, Florida! Office; requiring the Office of Early Learning to approve specific Voluntary Prekindergarten Education Program assessments and establish requirements for individuals administering the assessments; revising criteria and requiring the State Board of Education to identify guidelines for determining whether certain students have a substantial deficiency in reading, etc.
