Postsecondary Distance Education; Authorizing this state to participate in the State Authorization Reciprocity Agreement (SARA) for delivery of postsecondary distance education; providing definitions; establishing the Postsecondary Reciprocal Distance Education Coordinating Council within the Department of Education; authorizing the council to revoke a Florida SARA institution’s participation for noncompliance, etc.
