Contaminated Site Cleanup; Directs DEP to electronically publish specified reports; provides exception to requirements for prompt payment to subcontractors & suppliers; provides exceptions to certain application & cost-share requirements for advanced cleanup; specifies prioritization of requests; revises advanced clean up agreement requirements; increases the amount of certain tax credits; provides for advanced site assessment.
