Law Enforcement Certification; Requiring law enforcement, correctional, and correctional probation officers to pass a job-related psychological evaluation performed by a mental health professional before initial employment or appointment; requiring all officers to pass such psychological evaluation every 4 years as a condition of continued employment or appointment, etc.
