Diabetes Educators; Provides requirements for registration as diabetes educator; requires DOH to adopt rules for biennial renewal of registrations; requires registrant to notify DOH of specified changes; requires DOH to establish specified fees; prohibits unregistered person from certain activities relating to diabetes self-management training; authorizes DOH disciplinary action against applicant or registrant for violations.
