High School Graduation Requirements; Authorizing the use of credits earned upon completion of a registered apprenticeship or preapprenticeship to satisfy specified high school graduation credit requirements; requiring that the State Board of Education approve and identify apprenticeship and preapprenticeship programs for such purpose, etc.
