GENERAL BILL by Governmental Oversight and Accountability ; Brandes ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Passidomo

Notaries Public; Revising provisions relating to use of the office of notary public; requiring electronic signatures to include access protection; revising limitations on notary fees to conform to changes made by the act; prescribing online notarization procedures, etc.

Effective Date: Except as otherwise expressly provided in this act, this act shall take effect January 1, 2019
