Trust Fund for Victims of Human Trafficking and Prevention/Department of Law Enforcement; Creating the Trust Fund for Victims of Human Trafficking and Prevention within the Department of Law Enforcement; authorizing the department to contract with certain entities, subject to availability of funds and appropriations; providing for future review and termination or re-creation of the trust fund, etc.

Effective Date: On the same date that SB 1044 or similar legislation takes effect, if such legislation is adopted in the same legislative session or an extension thereof and becomes a law
