Expunction of Criminal History Records; Providing that a person receiving a judgment of acquittal or not guilty verdict is eligible to have his or her criminal record expunged; revising the circumstances under which the Department of Law Enforcement must issue a certificate of eligibility for the sealing of a criminal history record, etc.
