Joint Task Force on State Agency Law Enforcement Communications; Provides that representative of Florida Sheriffs Association shall be appointed member of Joint Task Force on State Agency Law Enforcement Communications; provides that sheriff's office that employs representative must pay per diem & travel expenses incurred by representative.
