Physician Orders for Life-Sustaining Treatment; Establishes POLST within DOH; authorizes EMTs & certain health care professionals to withhold or withdraw cardiopulmonary resuscitation or other medical interventions if presented with POLST forms that contain orders not to resuscitate; provides specified health care providers & legal representatives with limited immunity.
