Long-acting Reversible Contraception Pilot Program; Requiring the Department of Health to establish a long-acting reversible contraception (LARC) pilot program in Broward, Miami-Dade, and Palm Beach Counties; requiring the department to contract with family planning providers to implement the pilot program, etc. APPROPRIATION: $75,000
