Child Psychological Abuse; Revises definition of "harm" & provision relating to mandatory reporting requirements for child abuse, abandonment, & neglect to include child psychological abuse; requires Board of Psychology within DOH to revise continuing education requirements for renewal of license to practice psychology to include child psychological abuse.
