Advanced Birth Centers; Providing for the applicability of licensure requirements under specified provisions to advanced birth centers; providing for the education and orientation of advanced birth center clients and their families; requiring advanced birth centers to ensure that clients have adequate prenatal care; requiring that laboratories located in advanced birth centers be licensed as clinical laboratories, etc.
