Enforcement of Federal Laws; Designating the “Florida Trust Act”; prohibiting state and local law enforcement agencies, school law enforcement officers, and security agencies from certain actions for purposes of immigration enforcement; prohibiting state and local law enforcement agencies and health care providers from making an inquiry or recording information concerning the immigration status of certain persons; authorizing the Attorney General or a state attorney to institute injunctive proceedings, etc.
