TRUST FUND/GENERAL BILL by Torres

Healthy Florida Trust Fund/State Treasury; Creating the Healthy Florida Trust Fund in the State Treasury to be administered by the Healthy Florida Board created under SB 1872; providing that moneys in the fund must be continuously appropriated without regard to fiscal year; providing for future review and termination or re-creation of the trust fund, etc.

Effective Date: On the same date that SB 1872 or similar legislation takes effect, if such legislation is adopted in the same legislative session or an extension thereof and becomes a law
