Elder Abuse Fatality Review Teams; Authorizes creation of elder abuse fatality review teams in each judicial circuit; specifies membership; provides conditions for team establishment & organization; provides duties; provides access to & use of records; provides immunity for members under certain conditions; exempts certain information & records from discovery; prohibits requiring member from testifying about information or records presented during meetings or activities of team; provides immunity for members under certain conditions; prohibits members from disclosing information confidential pursuant to law.
