Federal Waivers for Health Insurance; Prohibiting public entities, unless specifically authorized by the Legislature, from applying for a waiver under the federal Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act which would waive requirements for, or authorize the exclusion or limitation of, coverage of any essential health benefit by nongrandfathered health plans, etc.
Effective Date: Upon becoming a law
