Driving While a Driver License or Driving Privilege is Canceled, Suspended, or Revoked; Repealing a felony offense for a third or subsequent conviction for driving while a driver license or driving privilege is canceled, suspended, or revoked; providing that such a conviction is a misdemeanor offense, etc.
