Transmission of Disease Through Bodily Fluids; Citing this act as the "HIV Prevention Justice Act"; providing an exception to allow the donation of blood, plasma, organs, skin, or other human tissue by certain persons when deemed medically appropriate by a licensed physician; expanding the scope of unlawful acts by a person infected with a sexually transmissible disease, etc.
