Relief/Brian Pitts/State of Florida; Directs Division of Administrative Hearings to appoint ALJ to determine basis for equitable relief to compensate Brian Pitts for wrongful acts or omissions of state officials; authorizes compensation; provides appropriation to compensate Pitts for injuries & damages; provides limitation on attorney fees & costs; directs certain court orders & judgments to be declared null & void; directs clerks of court to remove access to specified cases; directs FDLE to remove access to criminal records; directs FDLE to investigate certain illegal acts; authorizes Governor, Senate President, or Speaker of House to sever portions of act.
