Criminal Justice Data Transparency; Requires collection of specific data; requires FDLE to compile, maintain, & make publicly accessible data; provides requirements to make data comparable, transferable, & readily usable; requires digitized scoresheets to be prepared for all criminal defendants; requires DOC to develop & submit revised digitized scoresheets to Supreme Court for approval; creates pilot project to improve criminal justice data transparency & compliance with standards. APPROPRIATION: $1,750,000
