Rec./Sexual Harassment Complaints; Provides exemption from public records requirements for complaint of sexual harassment & certain information related to such complaint held by agency; provides that such complaint & information is no longer confidential & exempt in certain circumstances; authorizes release of confidential & exempt information in certain circumstances; provides for future legislative review & repeal of exemption; provides statement of public necessity.

Effective Date: on the same date that CS/CS/HB 7007 or similar legislation takes effect
