Meetings/School Safety; Creates exemption from public records requirements for identity of reporting party held by specified entity; provides an exemption from public meetings requirements for portions of meetings of Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School Public Safety Commission at which confidential or exempt information is discussed; provides exemption from public records requirements for information that would identify whether particular individual has been appointed as school marshal; provides for future legislative review & repeal of exemptions; provides statements of public necessity.

Effective Date: on the same date that HB 7101 or similar legislation takes effect, if such legislation is adopted in the same legislative session or an extension thereof and becomes a law
