Homestead Property Tax Exemptions; Authorizes counties or municipalities to grant ad valorem tax exemption on homestead property of certain parent or parents of unmarried veterans who died from combat-related causes while on active duty as members of U.S. Armed Forces.
Effective Date: the effective date of the amendment to the State Constitution proposed by HJR 743 or a similar joint resolution having substantially the same specific intent and purpose
