Consumer Report Security Freezes; Prohibits consumer reporting agencies from charging any fee to consumers for placing, removing, or temporarily lifting security freeze on his or her consumer report; prohibits consumer reporting agencies from charging any fee to representatives of protected consumers for placing, removing, or temporarily lifting security freeze on such consumer's consumer report.
