Public Records; Providing that certain information related to agency contracts is not confidential or exempt from public records requirements; deleting provisions exempting certain information from public records requirements under the Florida Emergency Planning and Community Right-to-Know Act; deleting provisions relating to a public records exemption for trade secrets held by Space Florida; deleting a requirement that certain trade secret information submitted to the Agency for Health Care Administration be clearly designated as such, etc.
