Clerks of Circuit Court; Provides that funds available for budgets of clerks of court include certain revenues from previous year, budget amendments, & appropriated funds; expands duties of Florida Clerks of Court Operations Corporation; adds certain costs to list of court-related functions that clerks may fund; requires corporation to certify certain revenue needs; revises powers & duties of corporation; requires DOR to deposit certain remitted funds in Clerks of Court Trust Fund; provides duties of department; provides appropriation. APPROPRIATION: $39,220,115
